Irena Radakovic

Irena Radakovic is a highly experienced professional in the fields of customer relationship management and data analytics, currently serving as the Head of CRM and Analytics at OTP banka Srbija since April 2022. Prior to this role, Irena worked at Banca Intesa Beograd from March 2011 to April 2022, where responsibilities included coordination and development of customer insight projects as a Team Leader for Data Science and performing informational and analytical reporting as a CRM analyst. Irena holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mathematics.
