Elena Verling

Elena Verling is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in UX design across various industries. Currently at Otrium, Elena leads projects aimed at improving the usability and accessibility of both B2B and B2C marketplaces. Previously at Pi by Paytm, Elena played a key role in launching fraud prevention products that resulted in significant cost savings. At CrowdRiff, Elena implemented a product-led growth strategy, and at TELUS Digital, Elena drove design initiatives across multiple teams while focusing on customer feedback and research. Elena's earlier positions at Travelport and Paddy Power Betfair included developing UI solutions and contributing to design systems that enhanced user experiences. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and an Advanced Diploma in Web Design, complemented by a specialization in Google UX Design.
