Alex Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alex is currently the Director of Customer Solutions at OTRS Group, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Condor Flugdienst GmbH from 2016 to 2022, including Head of Customer Care & CRM and Head of Product, IFE, Ancillaries & CRM. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Thomas Cook, and from 2006 to 2009, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Board of Management at Thomas Cook AG. Alex also held positions at TUI Deutschland GmbH, Cell Consulting AG, DB Schenker, Arthur D. Little, and Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV, gaining experience in internal strategy consulting, senior consulting, and trainee roles. Alex co-founded GE21 GbR in 2005, where they served as Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter.

Alex Kaiser attended Maastricht University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Diplom in International Management. In addition, they obtained a Master of Economic Science/Doctorandus of de economische Wetenschappen from Universiteit Maastricht in October 2002.
