André Mindermann has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. André is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of OTRS AG, a role they have held since August 2005. André played a crucial role in guiding OTRS AG through its successful flotation on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in December 2009. Before their current position, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Enterprise Consulting Group from February 1998 to June 2009. André also held the position of CEO at TechSpan Enterprise GmbH from February 2001 to May 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Schulungszentrum Hartnack-Schule Offenbach GmbH from July 1997 to November 1999.
André Mindermann attended Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Economics. Prior to that, they attended Sparkasse Hanau in 1986 to 1987, where they completed a program and became a Qualified Bank Clerk CCI. Later, from 2005 to 2011, André Mindermann returned to Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt and graduated with a degree in Dipl. Kaufmann.
