Benjamin Müller

Benjamin Müller has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Benjamin began their career as a freelance IT Infrastructure Consultant from 2007 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Master-Student and Head of Development at Software AG from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Software AG as a webMethods Consultant and later became a Solution Engineer. In 2017, they transitioned to ADAMOS, where they held various roles, including Business Development Manager, Lead Architect IoT, and finally Head of Development. In 2020, they joined OTRS Group as the Executive Vice President for OTRS Solution and later became the Chief Technical Officer.

Benjamin Müller earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from Technische Universität Darmstadt. Benjamin attended the university from 2007 to 2011. Benjamin furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Müller has obtained several certifications. In January 2017, they became a Certified Professional for Software Architecture (iSAQB CPSA-F).
