Fadhil Hamid has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Fadhil is currently working at OTSAW as a Robotics Operations Manager (APAC), where they lead a team of 40 members and oversees regional operations for the AMR and AGV Project and Field Service teams. Prior to this, Fadhil worked as a Project Manager (SAO) at Apar Technologies, where they managed a team of 5 and served as the primary point of contact for the client Nippon Express.

Fadhil also has experience as a Senior Customer Support Manager (APAC) at SIGFOX, where they were responsible for account management, project management, escalation management, customer support, and technical training for Sigfox Operators (Distributors). Fadhil assisted distributors in removing technical blockers for their client projects and helped them achieve clarity in their business operations.

Before joining SIGFOX, Fadhil worked as an Information Technology Business Partner (ASEAN) at Lurve IT Services, where they established and managed an IT business across multiple countries for international clients. At Infosys, Fadhil served as a Regional IT Service Delivery Manager (APAC) for the client LanXess, ensuring business alignment compliance and effective escalation management.

Fadhil also has experience in IT support and management roles, including positions at C. Steinweg Group as a Regional IT Field Support for the Asia and Middle East regions, and at Lenovo as an Information Technology Manager (SEA) and Information Technology Engineer. Fadhil has managed various IT projects, including office and data center relocations, network migrations, and software testing and implementation.

Additionally, Fadhil has worked as an Information Technology Team Lead at System Overdrive Pte Ltd, where they managed accounts, provided end-user computing support, and led process improvement initiatives. Fadhil started their career as a Deskside Engineer at Infinite Computer Solutions, providing onsite IT support for NUHS Main Building and satellite clinics.

Outside of the IT field, Fadhil briefly had an entrepreneurial role at Freedom Fusion Self Defense, where they were responsible for sales account management and program development.

Overall, Fadhil Hamid has demonstrated a strong background in IT support and management, project management, customer support, and team leadership throughout their professional career.

Fadhil Hamid's education history is as follows:

Fadhil Hamid attended Aljunied Primary School from 1994 to 1999, where they completed their Primary School Leaving Exams. Fadhil then went on to Bedok View Secondary School from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their N Levels in General Studies.

In 2004 and 2005, Fadhil Hamid studied Building Drafting at the Institute of Technical Education, earning a Nitec qualification.

In 2016, Fadhil Hamid attended Lithan Hall Academy and obtained an Advanced Certification in IT Support, specifically in network infrastructure.

From 2019 to 2020, Fadhil Hamid pursued a Diploma in IT at Lithan, focusing on System Support.

In addition to their formal education, Fadhil Hamid has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received the Level 2 Instructor certification from the International Kickboxing Muay Thai Federation California. Furthermore, Fadhil Hamid has acquired various certifications in the field of IT and cybersecurity. These include certifications such as Cybersecurity Operations Practitioner (CSOP), Certified DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, SAFe® Scrum Master, and Cybersecurity Threat Management, among others. Fadhil obtained these certifications from institutions such as Garranto Academy, Scaled Agile, Inc., and ForgeRock, with different completion dates ranging from 2020 to 2023.
