Lisa MacAluso

Lisa Macaluso has an extensive background in human resources, with experience as a Human Resources Representative and Manager in various companies such as Witco/Crompton Corporation, Nine West Group, Taro Pharmaceuticals, and Ciba Specialty Chemicals. After taking time to address the changing needs of their family, Lisa transitioned to a role as a Personal Coach before returning to the workforce as a Director of Human Resources at DRLH, Inc. Currently, Lisa serves as the Employee Benefits & Leave Manager at The Arc Otsego.
