Neil Liu has had a varied work experience. In 2020, they were a Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and Sales Specialist at OTSO FINTECH CORP. In 2016, they were a student at the University of Illinois Chicago. In 2015, they were a Professional Grill Server, Foreman Trainee, and Job Trainer at Tan Zuo Ma Li Grill & Japanese Restaurant. At OTSO FINTECH CORP., Neil was responsible for deploying successful online and offline marketing campaigns, researching and sharing knowledge on industry trends, and increasing brand awareness. As Business Development Manager, they were responsible for contacting leads, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, and finding and developing new markets. At Tan Zuo Ma Li Grill & Japanese Restaurant, Neil was responsible for inspecting the dining room and serving stations for cleanliness, demonstrating professionalism in the grilling method, and delivering required skills and communicating with in-coming employees.

Neil Liu obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2019. Neil then continued their studies at the same institution, earning a Master of Arts in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics in 2020.
