Greg Baker

Greg Baker has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Greg is currently serving as the Senior Business Director for the CNS Central Region at Otsuka America, Inc. In this role, they lead a team of 97 individuals focused on making a difference in the Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia regions.

Prior to their current role, Greg worked as the Vice President of Sales at Avanir Pharmaceuticals from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Southeast Region Director in the Neuroscience Division at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. from 2017 to 2019.

Greg also has substantial experience at Otsuka America, Inc. where they served as the East Area Director in the Neuroscience Division from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for neuroscience sales in the Eastern half of the United States, leading four regions, 35 districts, and over 300 sales representatives. Greg also worked as the National Sales Director in the Hospital Division from 2010 to 2013.

Additionally, Greg worked at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. as the Director of Neuroscience Sales in the Southeast Region from 2011 to 2011. Greg also held the position of Senior Director of Field Force Effectiveness from 2009 to 2011.

Before joining Otsuka, Greg gained valuable experience at Pfizer as a Regional Manager from 2003 to 2009. Greg started their career at Pharmacia in 1987, where they held various roles including District Sales Manager, Regional Director, Director of Sales Training, and Sales Training Manager.

Throughout their career, Greg has consistently demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in sales and management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Greg Baker attended Guilford College from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Education.
