Lauren Goddard is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director and Global People Partner at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe since May 2025, Lauren previously held the position of Global Senior Human Resources Lead at Koa Health, where key responsibilities included driving talent management strategies, improving people metrics, and leading HR initiatives across UK, US, and EMEA regions. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Allerton Busan Group and SV Shipping, and HR Project Manager at Sasol. Lauren's educational background includes a Postgraduate Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management and degrees in Geology and Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and University of Westminster, respectively.
