Todd Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the healthcare industry. Todd is currently the Vice President of Digital Medicine and Product Management at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), where they lead a team in developing digital medicine technology and software products to improve human health. Previously, Todd served as the VP of Digital Medicines Platform, Mental Health and VP of Product-Integration and Service Delivery at Proteus Digital Health, Inc., where they focused on integrating digital medicine into health systems and building partnerships. Prior to that, they held various roles at Proteus, including Corporate Development and Head of Product Generation, as well as VP of Product Development, where they led the development of groundbreaking medical devices. Todd also worked as the Director of R&D at Timi3 Systems, where they delivered a commercially viable therapeutic ultrasound system. Todd began their career as an Engineering Project Manager at FemRx Inc., and later worked as a Sr. R&D Engineer at Origin Medsystems.
Todd Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University in 1989. Todd later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Santa Clara University from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Todd Thompson attained a certification in the Otsuka-Columbia Executive Education Program-Business Excellence from Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2022.
