Timothy Vargas

Timothy Vargas is an accomplished finance and business operations executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at OTT Advisors since January 2024, Timothy co-founded Embellish FX in July 2013, transforming a local costume rental business into a national e-commerce entity. Previous roles include COO & CFO at Accel Clinical Services, where Timothy ensured financial statements met GAAP standards and facilitated strategic property sales, and CEO & President of NeuLion College, successfully leading its independence and growth. Additional experience includes significant contributions as SVP of College Business Development at NeuLion Inc., President of the Board at The Center Orlando, and a senior accounting role at FDN Communications. Timothy holds an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Accounting and Computer Science from Wichita State University.
