Arjen van Zeben

Arjen van Zeben has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing leadership roles. Arjen is currently the VP Operations at OTT HydroMet, where they are responsible for leading various operations functions across global factories. Prior to that, they served as the COO of Brink Group, leading manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain teams. Before that, Arjen was the Global Operations Director at Honeywell, overseeing multiple factories and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Arjen also held the position of Site Leader at Honeywell Enraf Delft manufacturing plant. Arjen has experience in plant management at Burgmaier Metalltechnik Gmbh + Co KG and MCi, where they were involved in plant closures and consolidations. Arjen also held logistics and assembly management roles at Eaton Automotive BV and worked in logistics at Ahrend.

Arjen van Zeben received their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Arjen attended the university from 1990 to 1996. Prior to this, from 1983 to 1990, they completed their VWO (pre-university education) at St Ursula Horn in the Netherlands. The field of study for their VWO degree is unspecified.
