Britta Janssen

Britta Janssen currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at OTT HydroMet, a position held since July 2022 under the Veralto Enterprise umbrella. Prior to this role, Britta held various senior HR leadership positions at Hach from December 2019 to July 2022, including Senior HR Director Global Operations and Global HR Director Talent Management. Experience also includes serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at ARLANXEO for over a year and a significant tenure at Firmenich from January 2000 to May 2018, where responsibilities spanned multiple regions and roles, including VP HR Europe & IMA and Director HR for Central & Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
