Chris Buchner

Chris Buchner is an experienced professional in data communications and research and development, currently serving as the Senior Data Communications Hardware Manager and Director of R&D at OTT HydroMet since July 2015. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Director of R&D at Sutron Corporation from August 2012 to June 2015, and previously worked as an R&D Engineer at Sutron Corporation from June 1983 to February 2012. Educational credentials include studies at Vanderbilt University and Baylor School.
