Jessica Sahlandt has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica began their career at BOMBARDIER in 2011, holding various roles such as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner Project Management & APM. Jessica joined MAHLE as the Personalleiterin in 2017 before moving to Hach in 2018, where they worked as the HR Business Partner Operations & HR Manager Berlin. In 2021, they became the Senior Manager HR Operations Europe at Hach. Currently, they serve as the HR Director at OTT HydroMet.
Jessica Sahlandt earned a Bachelor of laws degree in internationales Wirtschaftsrecht from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, from 2007 to 2010. Jessica also pursued a Master of laws degree in Wirtschaftsrecht from the same institution, from 2010 to 2012.
