Nikki Turane, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Business Partner at OTT HydroMet since July 2023, Nikki fosters effective communication and associate relations. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at CirrusLabs, where Nikki developed talent acquisition and retention strategies, and at Octo, where Nikki enhanced productivity through HR process improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist and Corporate Trainer at Sevatec, Inc., and recruiting coordination at Project Performance Corporation. Nikki holds a certification in Human Resources Management from SHRM.
