Ted Soto has extensive experience in the field of application development and sales management. Currently serving as the Application Development Manager at OTT HydroMet since January 2020, Ted Soto also holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Sutron Corporation, a role maintained since June 1997. Ted Soto's educational background includes studies at the University of Puerto Rico-Aguadilla from 1987 to 1989 and the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 1984 to 1986.
