Clarke Kelly currently serves as the Ottawa City Councillor for West Carleton-March (Ward 5) following an election in November 2022, having been a nominated candidate just prior during the 2022 municipal election. Prior to this role, Clarke Kelly held various positions within the Parliament of Canada, including Legislative Assistant and Director of Policy while working in the office of Karen McCrimmon, M.P. for Kanata-Carleton. Clarke's experience also includes campaign management and outreach roles, such as Deputy Campaign Manager for McCrimmon's re-election campaign and Director of Community Outreach and Communications at Libertas Tobacco Treatment Inc. Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University, along with a General Arts and Science degree from Algonquin College.
