Dan Oliver

Dan Oliver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, economic development, and program management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor for the City of Ottawa since October 2018, Dan provides expertise in property and land acquisitions. Previous roles include Economic Development Officer, where Dan led the development of Ottawa's new Economic Strategy (2024) and managed stakeholder relations, and Program & Project Management Officer within the Planning, Real Estate and Economic Development department, focusing on complex projects and strategic management. Earlier experience at Senators Sports & Entertainment involved managing NHL development programs, leading a large team, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Dan holds a Bachelor of Sports Management degree from Brock University.
