Eloisa Palafox

Eloisa Palafox is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and rehabilitation. Currently serving as an Immunization RPN for the City of Ottawa since December 2021, Eloisa has also held various roles at The Ottawa Hospital since August 2003, including Rehabilitation Nurse, Nephrology-Hemodialysis Nurse, Nursing Recruitment Officer, and COVID-19 Resource. Previous positions include Director of Care at Palisades Club Retirement Residence and RPN at Park Place Retirement Residence. Additionally, Eloisa has experience as a Palliative Care Nurse and a Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Assistant. Eloisa is also dedicated to community service as a youth mentor, crisis responder, health coach, and patient advocate.
