Emma Langham is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in sustainability and environmental outreach. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer and Climate Change Outreach and Communications Coordinator for the City of Ottawa since January 2020, Emma is responsible for developing impactful communication strategies. Previous roles include Marketing & Communications Manager at pointA and Program Coordinator at Smart Commute Markham and Richmond Hill, where Emma focused on sustainable transportation initiatives. Emma's background encompasses diverse positions in waste management and recycling communications across various councils, culminating in a strong expertise in public engagement and project management. Emma holds a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
