John Carter has over 20 years of experience in the information technology sector, with a significant tenure at the City of Ottawa from 2006 to the present, where John has held various roles including Project Manager for IT Service Management, Solution Project Manager for Cloud, Sensory & Edge, Project Manager for IT Client Services, Team Lead for Enterprise Content Management, and Senior Systems Developer/Integrator. Prior to this, John worked as a Software Developer at ASC Networks Inc. from 1999 to 2006. John Carter holds a degree from Saint Mary's University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
