Karilyn Warr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and consulting within the social services sector. Currently serving as a Business Consultant for the City of Ottawa since October 2021, Karilyn has previously held various roles at The Social Housing Registry of Ottawa from April 1998 to October 2021, including Program and Systems Manager, Systems Coordinator, and Housing Provider Liaison. Earlier in their career, Karilyn worked as a Residential Counselor at The Elizabeth Fry Society from 1996 to 1998 and as an Information and Referral Counselor at CIC Ottawa from 1994 to 1996.
