Kimberley Baldwin MCIP RPP is a seasoned urban planner with extensive experience in the City of Ottawa, where roles have included Planner II in both Parks and Facilities Planning Services and Development Review, as well as Development Information Officer. Beginning in January 2006, Kimberley has held various positions at the City of Ottawa, culminating in the current role since August 2011. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
