Kyle Devine

Kyle Devine is an experienced staffing officer with a background in human resources, currently working for the City of Ottawa since January 2012. In this role, Kyle partners with business leaders to assess talent needs and implements innovative sourcing techniques across various platforms. Previous positions include HR Service Centre Representative, Gym Attendant, Skating Attendant, Learn to Skate Instructor, Summer Camp Director, Program Leader, and Leadership Camp Coordinator, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service, programming, and youth engagement. Kyle also has experience as Camp Coordinator and Program Instructor at YMCA-YWCA. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Law with a minor in Political Science from Carleton University and a diploma in Human Resource Management from Algonquin College.
