Megan Kaye

Megan Kaye is an accomplished Program Manager in Human Resources Business Services at the City of Ottawa, with a tenure beginning in May 2009. Over the years, Megan has held various leadership roles including Acting Manager of HR Business Services and Section Head in both Operational Services and Employee Management for Transit operations. Prior to this, Megan gained valuable experience as a Labour Relations Consultant and Policy and Project Officer. Earlier career highlights include serving as Recruitment Officer and Labour Relations Officer at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and as a Recruitment and Selection Assistant at The Ottawa Hospital. Megan holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned between 1993 and 1997.
