Muhannad Bujeldain

Muhannad Bujeldain serves as a Program Manager in the Transit Services Department at the City of Ottawa since September 2022, focusing on enhancing customer service for OC Transpo, which serves 100 million transit customers annually. Previously, Muhannad held various managerial roles at Bell from April 2013 to September 2022, including Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Contact Center Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing business development projects, mentoring teams, and implementing revenue-generating processes. Educated at Carleton University, Muhannad holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Integrated Health Science and a minor in Psychology.
