Nivethini Jekku

Nivethini Jekku is a professional in architecture and heritage planning with experience in various roles within the City of Ottawa, including Development Information Officer since January 2023 and Heritage Planning Intern from November 2021 to March 2022. Responsibilities included conducting historical research, preparing Heritage Survey and Evaluation Forms, and evaluating Listed Heritage properties. Prior to this, Nivethini worked as a Junior Architect at Karvin Design Consultants, where involvement included significant projects such as the Upgradation of Madurai Railway Station and the Madurai Smart City initiative, alongside various residential and public projects. Nivethini holds a Graduate Diploma in Architectural Conservation from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
