Scott Munro

Scott Munro is an IT professional with extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and business analysis. Currently serving as an IT Manager for the City of Ottawa since March 2014, Scott has led initiatives in Application Portfolio Management and successfully consulted with clients to define project milestones and business value. Prior roles include IT Project Manager and IT Business Analyst at the City of Ottawa, as well as Product Integration and Application Test at Alcatel-Lucent, where Scott managed interoperability and served as Product Prime for network optimization. At Nortel Networks, Scott held the position of Product Integration & Support Lead and contributed as a Systems Engineer, enhancing reliability and performance for optical products. Scott holds a diploma in Electronics from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
