Stephen Osmond

Stephen Osmond is a professional with extensive experience in community housing administration, currently serving as the Community Housing Program Administrator for the City of Ottawa since February 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen spent over a decade at the Ottawa Community Housing Corporation, holding positions such as Rental Coordinator for New Development and Affordable Housing, Rental Coordinator, Rental Coordinator for Tenant Rehousing, Rent Collections Coordinator, and Housing Administrator. Stephen's career began at Newfoundland & Labrador Housing as a Housing Officer from April 2009 to April 2011. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador, awarded in April 2008.
