Sami Abdullah

Sami Abdullah is an experienced educator and advisor in the field of language instruction and communication. As a Professor at the School of Health and Community Studies at Algonquin College since September 2024, Sami focuses on teaching Communication. Concurrently, an Advisor at Public Services and Procurement Canada since November 2022, Sami also serves as an English Second Language Instructor and LINC Instructor for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board since March 2021. With a diverse background that includes roles such as TESL Trainer at OnTesol and ESL Instructor at various institutions, including the National Autonomous University of Mexico and MacEwan University, Sami has built a robust career in language education. Sami holds multiple qualifications, including a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from Carleton University and CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge.
