Angie Tuttle is an experienced clinical research professional with expertise in coordinating multiple clinical trials. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Ottawa Hospital Research Institute since August 2017, Angie manages two significant blood transfusion clinical trials: SAHaRA and ITADs. Prior to this, Angie worked at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario as the primary coordinator for various regulated and non-regulated clinical trials. Angie's earlier experience includes roles as Research Assistant and Laboratory Manager at Queens University, where responsibilities included laboratory management and subject recruitment for research studies, as well as a Production Assistant at Millenium Biologix Inc. and a DNA Sequencing Specialist at Cortec DNA Service Laboratories, where technical support and quality assurance were key components of the positions held.
