Ian Smith

Ian Smith is a Clinical Research Associate at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute since September 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Calgary from April 2014 to September 2021 and a Student Leadership Program Facilitator at the University of Waterloo from May 2011 to April 2014. Ian Smith holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Kinesiology with a focus on Work Physiology from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2014, a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Health Sciences from Brock University, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a Chemistry Minor and Pre Health Professions Option from the University of Waterloo, earned in 2005.
