Serine Ramlawi is an experienced clinical research professional and educator with a background in food science and chemistry. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate at Ottawa Hospital Research Institute since January 2021, Serine has held various roles including Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Assistant. Prior to this, Serine worked as a Contract Instructor for the Introduction to Food Science course at Carleton University from May 2018 to September 2023, along with experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Additionally, Serine's earlier career includes roles as a Personal Assistant at Independent Appraisal Corp and Sales Associate at Groupe Dynamite. Serine holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Carleton University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition with a Minor in Biology from Carleton University (2015-2018).
