Phil Morris currently serves as the Director of Safety and Environmental Sustainability at the Ottawa International Airport Authority, leading initiatives to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while promoting sustainability practices. With a robust background in safety management, Morris has held roles such as Director of Safety and Accountability Management, where strategic safety programs were developed and implemented. Additional experience includes auditing quality assurance for The Loomex Group and various match officiating roles within Ontario Soccer. Prior military service with the Royal Air Force included leadership positions that enhanced organizational and team management skills. Phil Morris holds a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from The University of Salford.
