Chrl Natasha Mitchell

Natasha Mitchell is currently working at Ottawa Police Service as the Manager Talent Development & Performance Management. Natasha has also held various positions within the organization, including HR Manager for Sworn Recruiting/Project Implementation, Acting Manager Abilities Management, MIS Functional Lead/Super User, and Staffing Coordinator. Prior to their current role, Natasha managed Civilian hiring and promotion processes at the Ottawa Police Service and worked as a Call Centre Supervisor and Communications Centre Dispatcher at Hot Tots Childrens Consignment. Additionally, Natasha has experience as an Independent Partylite Consultant, Receptionist/Tax Preparer at Ryan Lamontagne Inc., and Summer Student Volunteer Coordinator at The Ottawa Hospital. Natasha holds a Human Resources Management certification from Algonquin College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Ottawa.
