Jessica Ripley

Manager Strategic Youth Services at Ottawa Police Service

Jessica Ripley is currently the Manager of Strategic Youth Services at the Ottawa Police Service. Jessica also holds the title of Strategic Youth Specialist at the same organization. In addition, Jessica is a CJP Advisory Circle Member at the Collaborative Justice Program and the Co-Chair & Co-founder of the Canadian Police for Youth Network. Jessica serves as the Committee Chair at the Ottawa Youth Justice Services Network. Previously, Jessica was the Board President at Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa. With extensive experience in youth services, Jessica has held roles such as Program Supervisor at CHEO, Youth Community Developer at Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre, and Mentoring Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa, a Special BSW in Social Work from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from McGill University - Faculty of Arts.
