The Ottawa Cancer Foundation is the voice for cancer survivorship in Eastern Ontario. Located at the Maplesoft-Jones Centre at 1500 Alta Vista Drive, the new Community Cancer Hub is a 'one-stop' portal, linking patients and their families with non-medical community programs and services.
