Nicole Graves

Nicole Graves is an experienced professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the International Travel Trade Sales Manager and previously as the Convention Sales Manager at Ottawa Tourism since February 2009. Prior roles include Eastern Canada Sales Manager at Collette Vacations from 2004 to 2007, Sales (Sports/Athletic) and Marketing Manager at Ramada Hotel & Suites from 2002 to 2004, and various senior consultant positions at multiple travel companies including Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Adventures Abroad. Nicole holds an Honours Diploma in Marketing and Advertising Management from the Atlantic Tourism & Hospitality Institute and a Travel and Tourism Certificate from Career Canada College. Educational background includes time at Carleton University and Plantagenet High School.
