Roslyn Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and organizational culture, currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Culture at Ottawa Tourism since July 2010. Prior to this role, Roslyn held various positions including Director of Governance & People, Executive Assistant, and Membership Coordinator at the same organization. Previously, Roslyn worked as an Event Coordinator for the Ottawa Wine and Food Festival from July 2008 to July 2010. Roslyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Carleton University and is currently pursuing professional development in Organizational Change Management at the University of Ottawa and studying Indigenous Canada at the University of Alberta.
