Bryan Forsyth

Bryan Forsyth, Ph.D., is an accomplished educator and organizational development expert with extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, and course development. Currently serving as Mentor of Successful Future Leaders at Human Potential Matters and as Founder of Human Potential Matters, LLC since March 2020, Forsyth focuses on fostering positive work environments and personal wellness. With a diverse teaching background at institutions such as Ottawa University, Walden University, and Colorado Technical University, Forsyth specializes in research methods, organizational behavior, and management. In prior roles, Forsyth held positions as Program Chair at Parks College, Organizational Development Director at AG Communications Systems, and Training/Human Resources Manager at The Iams Company. Forsyth holds a Post Doctorate Certificate in Global Leadership and a Doctorate in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, along with a Master’s in Human Resources and Change Management.
