Dr. Mike Hardy

Dr. Mike Hardy has an extensive background in educational leadership and teaching, currently serving as an Adjunct Online Professor at Ottawa University since 2014. Previously, Dr. Hardy held the position of Dean of the American College of Technology from 2012 to 2014 and worked as an Assistant Professor at Northwest Missouri State University from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included teaching courses in Educational Leadership. Dr. Hardy also directed the Teacher Education Student Services Office and managed the Missouri Virtual Instruction Program, collaborating with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to establish a virtual high school. Dr. Hardy earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has multiple degrees and training in Educational Leadership and Administration from various institutions.
