Kostya Kostyushko

Kostya Kostyushko serves as the Fractional CTO at Otte Polo Group since May 2024, focusing on enhancing technology and team dynamics to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency. With a robust background in technology leadership, Kostyushko held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Webvar from April 2023 to June 2025, where the focus was on creating a cloud marketplace for tech buyers and vendors. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Expetitle, developing technology for real estate processes, and providing technical consultancy at Facenote and other organizations. Early career contributions include co-founding Just Delivery and Slogbox, and leading development teams on various fintech and e-commerce projects. Kostyushko's educational background includes studies in Computer Software Engineering at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
