Kevin then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they served as a Private Equity Associate at Banyan Capital Partners® from 2008 to 2011 and as the Director of Private Equity & Infrastructure Investing at Bilfinger Berger Private Investments from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they founded Grow Technologies, a B2B Fintech platform, and served as its Founder & CEO until its successful exit in 2019. Kevin then became an Entrepreneur In Residence at Rhino Ventures from 2020 to 2022. From 2020 to the present, they have been a Board Member at Merchant Growth and from 2021 to 2023 at BlueShore Financial.
