Bryan Kallenberger has a diverse work experience in various roles within the HR and organizational development field. Bryan began their career in 2002 at Norlarco Credit Union, where they initially worked as a Financial Service Representative before transitioning into roles focused on training and development. Bryan then became the Human Resource Director at Norlarco Credit Union before moving on to Public Service Credit Union, where they served as the VP of Human Resources from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they joined The Fort Collins Brewery as the Human Resource Director, responsible for directing HR and staff development functions. Since 2013, Bryan has been working at Otter Products, starting as an HR Business Partner and progressively moving up to roles such as Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Director of Organizational Development. Bryan currently holds the position of Director of Organizational Development, HR Operations, Safety at Otter Products.

Bryan Kallenberger earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business from South Dakota State University in 2001. Alongside their degree, they have obtained several certifications including StratOp Facilitator from the Paterson Center in 2017, Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2015, Organizational Development Practitioner Certification from Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) in 2014, Emergenetics Certification from Emergenetics International in 2012, Green Building Certification from Colorado State University in 2010, and Training & Development from Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) in 2003.
