Jaclyn Svare

Jaclyn Svare, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Otter Products since December 2011, previously holding the position of Recruiting and Compensation Director. Prior to this role, Jaclyn worked at Advantage Bank from May 2009 to December 2011 as a Credit Analyst, where quantitative and qualitative expertise was applied to analyze financial statements and prepare loan presentations for the CEO and Branch Presidents. Jaclyn holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Public Administration from the University of North Dakota.
