Blaine Hansel

Blaine Hansel is an experienced GIS professional with a career spanning over 18 years, currently serving as a Senior GIS Developer at Otter Tail Power Company since April 2016. Prior roles at Otter Tail include GIS Applications Specialist and GIS Technician III. Before joining Otter Tail, Blaine worked at STAR Energy Services, LLC as a GIS/Application Technician and Software Developer from July 2011 to April 2016, and held a position as MTS Network at Verizon Wireless from 2009 to March 2011.
