Gabe Kainz P.e.

Gabe Kainz, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Principal Engineer in System Operations at Otter Tail Power Company since January 2009. Gabe's previous roles within the company include Supervisor of Operations Engineering and System Protection Engineer. Prior to Otter Tail, Gabe worked as a Hardware Engineering Intern at Phoenix International, John Deere, where responsibilities included component and product testing as well as CAD and BOM updates. Additionally, Gabe gained experience as an I & C Design Engineering Intern at Nebraska Public Power District, focusing on drawing updates and FMEA screening. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University, obtained in 2008.
