Steven Slette

Steven Slette is a seasoned professional in risk management and safety, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management and Safety at Otter Tail Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this position, Steven held several key roles at CHS Inc. from 2000 to 2022, including Director of Insurance Risk Management and Director of Risk Services. Steven began their career as a Claims Examiner at Crum & Forster Insurance from 1992 to 2000. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Concordia College.
